Call: Network Hardware and Services

The aim of this Call for Tenders is to create a framework contract to simplify the processes for purchasing Cisco, Fortinet and Palo Alto network equipment, licenses and services, and select the most reliable suppliers with the best negotiated prices for each of the batches.
The goal starting date for each framework contract depends on the technical scope: 1st Jan 2026 for Fortinet and Palo Alto, 1st Sept 2026 for Cisco. Once the partners are selected, the duration of the framework contract will be 5 years.
For this specific Open Call for Tenders, INTERPOL is looking for partners capable of delivering equipment and services at its premises in France and potentially into the INTERPOL Members Countries. INTERPOL reserves the right to select one or more suppliers per Lot.
As a general requirement, INTERPOL would need to leverage the shortlisted candidates to directly access the following technical resources:
• “CISCO France” Presales Engineering and Support (LOT1)
• “Fortinet France” Presales Engineering and Support (LOT2)
• “Palo Alto” Presales Engineering and Support (LOT3)
• Professional Services (LOT4)

To be able to compare the technical and financial offers and identify one or more candidates to shortlist, INTERPOL defined an indicative volume of network equipment for the 1st year of contract. The quantities may vary each year according to INTERPOL needs and new references / products / quantities could be added.
