A major four-year contract for the European Central Bank (Frankfurt am Main)

We are currently in the “request to participate” phase, where we are submitting basic information to determine whether we meet the criteria (turnover, references, etc.); after that, they will invite up to five selected bidders to submit a final bid.

Two key conditions that will need to be addressed/resolved (e.g., finding a local partner):

1. Minimum capacity levels – Technical and professional capacity: Please confirm that your company is willing and able to make available a TV studio in the Rhine-Main area for live broadcast of interviews and links with TV studios worldwide.      

2. Minimum capacity levels – Technical and professional capacity: Please confirm that your company is willing and able to make available personnel located in the Rhine-Main area who could attend in Frankfurt to operate the ECB’s Multimedia Studio, for live broadcast of interviews and links with TV studios worldwide. It also includes the coverage of Press Conferences as well as photography coverage.

Details: The ECB is looking to appoint suppliers specialised in the areas of filming, video productions, internet live streaming (via YouTube and other social media platforms) and photography services to support The ECB Directorate General Communications (DG/C) through the provision of filming, broadcasting and photography services as detailed below. The successful tenderer (the ‘Contractor’) shall provide to the ECB the following works and services:

Live press conference and public hearing broadcasts

Internal events and activities

Photography Services

External events in Frankfurt am Main and/or Rhine-Main area

External events at another location, outside a 50km radius of Frankfurt am Main

Post-production

Video animations

Production Studio

Consultancy and training

Online Service accounts

Archiving
