The European Parliament seeks the renovation of the SPAAK building in Brussels, which hosts the hemicycle of the Institution. The present contract regards the detailed design and the execution of the renovation works. The European Parliament will provide the developed design and a copy of the building permit request. These documents, together with the tender specifications and annexes, will be the starting point of the Design & Build contract.

The construction cost for the renovation works is 300.000.000 € (value April 2023). In addition to this amount, the following costs shall be added to the tender offer based on the information available in the tender documents: > Detailed Design fees > Coordination fees and overheads The estimated duration of the contract is 75 months, calculated as follows: Estimated entry into force of the contract: September 2026 Provisional acceptance: December 2030 Final acceptance: December 2032.
