€100 million for Key Enabling Technologies: A call featuring Key Enabling Technologies, representing more than €100 million EU investment, opened on 15 October. Proposals should be submitted before 14 April 2015.

* Generic micro- and nano-electronic technologies (ICT-25-2015): €48 million will be invested to keep Europe’s position at the forefront of advanced micro- and nano-electronic technologies developments.

* Cross-cutting ICT KETs (ICT-28-2015): €54 million will be invested to maintain Europe’s technological leadership in key enabling technologies (KETs).
