I help my clients to fully understand the contractor´s motivation, the tender specifications and the context.

I am convinced it is too late to start cooperation in the time of tender publication. That´s why I offer „EU monitoring“ to all potential successful clients.

I continuously follow up both of public and non-public (low-budgeted or restricted) procurement opportunities and choose those that suit them best. During the time it helps me to fully understand qualities and goals of my clients. And the motivation on both sides is higher.

My clients will learn important information first. I will help them assess the full specifications and to make a good decision in time (to go/not to go). I will find out and evaluate the possible competition, judge the motivation of the contracting authority, help to determine possible price level… Finally I’ll help them to design a winning bid which won´t be excluded due to administrative and any other errors.

The basis of my success is to find companies which wholly satisfy the tender specifications. I'll help them to go through and define weak points. Together, we think of how to solve them. I continuously supervise that the (particular) technical part of offers is perfect. I formulate questions to the contracting authority to get advantageous answers. If necessary, I am seeking local or global partner. I perform interim and final checks.
