Tendr na hodnocení schopností manažerů agentury EIOPA z Frankfurtu

Zakázka: Hodnocení manažerských schopností

Zadavatel: EU agentura EIOPA (Evropský orgán pro pojišťovnictví a zaměstnanecké penzijní pojištění), Frankfurt am Main, Německo + další agentury EU (BEREC – Riga, EBA – Londýn, euLISA – Tallinn, FRA – Vídeň).

Kontrakt na 4 roky

Budget: €1.900.000

Popis: Hodnocení uchazečů v rámci náborových kampaní týkajících se pozic středního managementu.

Základní požadavky (tj. pokud je splňujete, můžete se hlásit a vyhrát):

* registrace v členské zemi EU

* průměrný roční obrat za poslední 3 uzavřené finanční roky min €700.000

* min 5ti letá zkušenost s poskytováním “obdobných služeb” pro public nebo private sector

* zkušenost s min 14ti management skills assessment services/rok v posledních 3 letech

* tým s 2-3 experty pro management skills assessment services, kteří splňují následujícíc kritéria:

o University or college degree in psychology, human resources, business administration, or a related discipline;

o Minimum 5 years of proven track record on selection/assessment of candidates for managerial positions;

o Proven experience of assessing emotional intelligence capabilities in management recruitment;

o Very good command of spoken and written English (C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, CEFR).

* Contract Manager s těmito kvalitami:

o The contract manager should have a good command of English (B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, CEFR);

o At least 3 years of proven experience handling similar projects.

Další požadavky (vyžadována je odpověď ANO na všechny otázky):

* Do you have a process and/or tools which assess the overall leadership and management competencies of potential managers with regards to an advertised position?

* Do you have a process and/or tools which assess the overall leadership and management competencies in terms of emotional intelligence of potential managers with regards to an open position?

* Do you have a process and/or tools which assess the variety of managerial styles the potential managers are already demonstrating?

* Do you prepare individual assessments for candidates for management positions?

* Can you guarantee the execution of required tasks and outputs in English language at excellent level (CEFR C1)?

* Can you guarantee anonymity of the process for all candidates?
