Podmínky:
- The contract sum shall not exceed 30 % of the bidder’s annual turnover of the previous 3 years.
- The bidder has relevant experience with at least 3 similar projects in the past 5 years.
- The bidder shall be able to demonstrate having sufficient staff with experience & knowledge to cope with such a project.
- The bidder shall be able to demonstrate experience with delivering a detailed planning and a detailed logistics plan ensuring that production, delivery and installation shall be in-time.

- Price: 30 %
- Experience with similar projects: 20 %
- Quality of supplied samples: 40 % (at least 2 signs, as part of the bid)
- Quality of plan: 8 %
- Presentation of the Bid: 2 %
The bidder shall have a fully equipped and permanently occupied office were response time to arrive to the Office for delivering service is less than 4 hours;
