Description/purpose of the contract: Provision of services to the EPO in the area of testing and validation of IT products and services. For this tender the Bidders are requested to bid for:

1. Test Management: * RfO 1 for Work Package ‘Test Management for PGP’; * RfO 2 for Work Package ‘Test Management for KMS/SIOB’;

2. Functional Testing: * RfO 3 for Work Package ‘Functional Testing for PGP’; * RfO 4 for Work Package ‘Functional Testing for KMS/SIOB’;

3. Performance Testing: * RfO 5 for Work Package ‘Performance Testing’;

4. Test Automation: * RfO 6 for Work Package ‘Test Automation’;

5. Mainframe Support Services: * RfO 7 for Work Package ‘Mainframe Support Services’.

Bidders are requested to bid for at least 3 out of the 5 business areas.

Place at which the contract is to be performed:  the Contractor’s site and  the EPO’s sites in Rijswijk, NL and Munich, DE.

The contract duration will be 3 years. The EPO may extend it at its discretion once by a further period of 2 years.
