Tendr: Provision of Web Admin – Development and Support services

Background: The EBRD intends to appoint a supplier(s) to provide maintenance support to its web and Intranet solutions and consultancy services to assist with the implementation of web and Intranet enhancements and/or additional modules throughout the duration of a fixed-term contract.

The landscape to be supported includes the following:

• Internet (EBRD.com) – Dev, Test, Production and DR Sites

• Intranet Dev, Test, Production and DR Sites

• A number of small microsites (currently 5, but expanding)

Software : • Oracle WebCenter Sites 11.1.1.8 (Internet and Intranet) • Silverstripe 4 (Microsites) • Extensis Portfolio 2017 v3.5.1 •  Oracle Content and Experience Cloud Service • Java 1.7 • Java Spring MVC version 3 • Java Spring Boot version 1.5.2 • JMS/Tibco integration • Maven • Solr • PHP  • HTML5 • JavaScript • CSS • Bootstrap 4 • AngularJS 1.6 • Angular 2+ • Photoshop • DNS • Apache web server 2.4 • Tomcat 7 • Oracle Database • MySql • SQL • Lucene • HTTrack • WeBid • ASP • Google Analytics • GovDelivery • ForgeRock • SVN • Git

Estimated (Contract) Volumes:

• Support – 365 days a year, including incidents, administration and small enhancement cover.

• Planned Changes and Developments – Working with the Change Approval Board to process and deliver planned developments (EBRD reserves the right to divide work for Planned Developments across several Preferred Supplier Vendors)    

The numbers of incidents for each application, for the last 12 months, were as follows: • No. of Incidents per year: 500 • No. of Changes per year: 80
