Agentura EIGE z Vilniusu chce své zaměstnance proklepnout “Belbínovou metodou”

EU agentura EIGE (Evropský institut pro rovnost žen a mužů, Vilnius) chce posílit svůj pracovní tým a hledá proto někoho, kdo to provede s pomocí Belbínovi teorie týmových rolí (Belbin Team Roles assessment). Bude třeba prověřit zhruba 60 zaměstnanců agentury. Úkoly kontraktora:

• Present the approach and its usage in strengthening cooperation between individuals and in teams/projects;

• Present the ways of bonding with the various types of people;

• Advise on how some types of characteristics, which have difficulties in cooperation can
work together;

• Advise on how to listen and understand each other better.

První čtyřdenní workshop v sídle EIGE pro 15 zaměstnanců je plánován leden 2017.
