Stručný popis: Obecným cílem zakázky je uzavřít rámcovou smlouvu na dobu 4 let za účelem poskytnutí služeb rozvoje, údržby a podpory pro stávající a nové firemní IT aplikace založené na technologii Microsoftu v prostorách agentury EMSA. Agentura chce zachovat stávající firemní IT aplikace a mít možnost stávající moduly dále zlepšovat a aktualizovat. Kromě toho mohou být požadovány nové aplikace pro další firemní IT řešení na podporu horizontálních procesů.

Jaké korporátní IT aplikace EMSA momentálně používá? All the existing Corporate IT Applications were developed in Microsoft technology, namely: ■ SharePoint 2013 (including office tools) ■ .Net Framework (2.0 to 4.5) ■ Visual Basic and C# ■ Microsoft Workflow Foundation 3 ■ Microsoft SQL Server 2012 to 2014, including Reporting Services and Integration Services ■ Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2

Popis kontraktu: Under this Framework Contract (FWC) additional functionalities may be developed on top of the current systems. Examples of tasks to be performed under the FWC are:■ User requirements analysis, leading to proposals utilising the SharePoint features, Microsoft Office 365, .Net Framework or SQL Server (including Reporting Services and integrations Services); ■ Application architecture and design; ■ IT Project management; ■ Undertaking cost/benefit analysis ■ IT solution development, supporting the internal EMSA procedures in the areas of Human Resources, Planning and Monitoring, Procurement, Legal and Financial Affairs and other corporate fields; ■ Configuration of (complex) workflows, using native Microsoft Workflow Foundation workflows or other COTS tool (Nintex, K2, etc.); ■ Automating data import, for example importing data exported by external or internal reporting systems, such as Business Objects;■ New reports for any of the existing modules. A cost/benefit analysis will decide whether these reports will be developed by the successful tenderer on a case by case basis or if an environment in which EMSA staff can create their own reports will be implemented. ■ Creating additional reporting functionalities and/or creating specific reports; ■ Recommending third party components that may facilitate EMSA’s use of the SharePoint platform; ■ Preventive and reactive patching of the base software; ■ Supporting EMSA migration to or integration with European Commission shared tools; ■ Support migration to Office 365; ■ Supporting EMSA in resolving issues reported by users.
